Returns and Exchanges Policy
>>HOLIDAY POLICY AMENDMENT: All orders placed November 26 through the end of December may be returned for an exchange or refund (minus the restocking fee of $5) until January 15th.
There is a $5 per item restocking fee for all returns. This does not apply to exchanges.
Please make note of the following basic, industry-standard limitations for returns and exchanges. All eligible returns and exchanges are accepted without question. No need to explain why you're returning. I get it. Not everything works for everyone. That said, please acknowledge the following restrictions:
- All sale items discounted 40% of more are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- All full price items, or minimally discounted items (less than 40%), are eligible for refund as long as the return is postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
- Any item returned outside of the 15-day window is eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY.
You are responsible for the expense of returning your item for exchange or refund UNLESS the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). There is no need to send via FedEx, UPS, or any other expedited method. Standard postage shouldn’t be more than $4.
You can expect to receive your refund with 2-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Be sure to note your order number somewhere on the package, or include the original packing slip/receipt inside.
