Returns Policy

All items sold Black Friday through New Year's Eve are eligible for exchange or store credit only, assuming a discount code of 40% or more has been applied. All full price items are eligible for refund as long as you return the item within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, you will receive store credit.

Regarding items purchased as gifts: Your loved one is welcome to exchange their gift up to 90 days from the date of purchase. If an exchange isn't available, we'll issue store credit.

We do cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise you are responsible for shipping charges. Please note that standard postage shouldn’t be more than $4. There is no need to send via FedEx or any other expedited method.

You should expect to receive your refund upon receipt of the returned item.

(Please note: Our shipping center in Deer Park, TX is closing for the season on December 13th, so we are rerouting all packages to Mercer in Michigan where she currently is for the holidays!)

Exchange Policy

All orders are available for exchanges unless otherwise indicated on the listing. In these cases, the words FINAL SALE will appear on your confirmation email. Exchanges are easy. Just email Mercer at mercer@spiritdress.com with your request and she'll verify availability and confirm. Please note you are responsible for your own return postage unless the need for an exchange is due to a mis-shipment or faulty item.
