Blouse or dress didn’t work? No problem. As long as it was delivered less than 15 days ago, it is unworn, and it was not a final sale item, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 15 days, your blouse or dress is eligible for store credit. We cannot accept any items for return after 30 days of delivery, however.
We do cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise you are responsible for shipping charges. Please note that standard postage shouldn’t be more than $4. There is no need to send via FedEx or any other expedited method.
You should expect to receive your refund upon receipt of the returned item.

All orders are available for exchanges unless otherwise indicated on the listing. In these cases, the words FINAL SALE will appear on your confirmation email. Exchanges are easy. Just email Mercer at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and she'll verify availability and confirm. Please note you are responsible for your own return postage unless the need for an exchange is due to a mis-shipment or faulty item.
